If my card expires, what should I do?
There is no expiration date on the gift card, it stays valid forever.
Can I add congratulatory words on my part?
Of course! Write your warm greetings to the card recipient, and they will see them when receiving the e-card email. In case of plastic card order, we will enclose a congratulatory text in the package before delivery.
Do you have additional packaging available?
Of course, we do! Your card is sent in an envelope. We can add a branded gift box to your request. Please check this when placing your order.
How do I get my card after ordering online?
You can choose between two gift card formats - plastic or electronic - when placing your order. The electronic one will be sent to your mailbox within minutes of payment. The plastic one will be delivered within 2-3 working days, or you can pick it up from the location.
What if I don't have enough card funds to cover the game?
You can use all the funds from your gift card and pay the missing amount.
What if I have more funds on my card than the game's price?

Balls&Clubs team runs regular promotions for cardholders. Don't throw away your Gift Card. If you no longer plan to use it - return it to us, and we will send it for recycling.
I've purchased a gift card with an extra bonus. For how long will it be valid?
An extra bonus has no limit from the moment the card was purchased.
